ImmiAtty believes in the Constitutional Rights that govern the United States of America and that everyone should be given due process under the law and should receive representation. We help connect volunteer legal experts and lawyers with immigrants who feel their civil liberties are being denied or who believe they are not being treated fairly under the law.

ImmiAtty stands by the judicial system in place in our nation and the rights that system confers. We are proud partners to those who seek to represent those in the judicial system and who help others protect their rights.

ImmiAtty is a product of Visa Watcher Technologies LLC, a company that is seeking to modernize and provide technological solutions to the immigration and visa process.

ImmiAtty is dedicated to connecting volunteers with those who need fast representation. We believe everyone should be given due process under law.

Our Process:

Lawyers and immigration legal experts sign up to volunteer their services pro-bono to immigrants who find themselves in need of representation.

Immigrants sign up to the network if they’re worried about needing representation due to travel restrictions, deportation, or impositions on their liberties.

If a person finds themselves in need of representation, they can send a request at the touch of a button and opt to send their location and situation to the network.

A request goes out and ImmiAtty maps this request to those in the volunteer network who are closest to requester’s location.

Volunteers in the network can accept the request if they are available and agree to meet or message the requester.
